What a Great Lawyer and a great guy!!
This man, had never met me in his life, and took my word as bond, and potentially saved my career and arguably, my life. I am not kidding. Good guy
I came in contact with Bryan last year for help with my boyfriend’s federal case. Not only did he work with me when it came to the fees, but he’s a very kind and patient man, and believe me when I say my boyfriend wasn’t the easiest to deal with! But Bryan was able to get a previous conviction of my boyfriend’s looked at as non violent, getting him less time than what he was previously looking at. He took the time to get to know us both and did his absolute best to make sure my boyfriend received the best outcome.

Charges dismissed!
I was charged with a felony and after hiring Bryan he really took the stress away that I was dealing with. He allowed me to make payments and was very professional. My charge was dismissed after he found many infractions performed by the police . I recommend Bryan to anyone facing criminal charges.

Look No Further
As noted below I have used Attorney Owens in the past and I recognize he specializes in criminal matters, but my association with him was regarding a business partnership and a real estate transaction. Because I was leaving town soon I had to meet him at the courthouse where he was representing a criminal client. While waiting I sat in the courtroom as I had never seen a real life criminal trial only the ones on TV. I came away from that experience with two thoughts, I hope I never have to face a criminal trial, but if I did he would be the one I would want advocating for me. I found out afterwards that his client was found innocent. I am a business owner and real estate investor who relies on attorneys to protect my interests and represent me when there are unforeseen complications. There are two main considerations when I evaluate an attorney. The first and most obvious one is competence. On that score Bryan Owens exceeded my expectations on both matters I referred to him. The second measure that I gauge an attorney on is by is communication and accessibility. Bryan has kept me abreast of developments often before I contacted him. I have used attorneys in four different states and the norm seems to be that I end up having to leave multiple phone, text and emails before I get a response. That is frustrating and time-consuming; Bryan is a breath of fresh air with his penchant for keeping a client up to date and in the know. A bonus is that he is very easy to talk to and is quick to grasp what is at issue. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending him to anyone seeking first-rate legal advice and representation.

DUI
I hired Mr. Owen when I got a DUI. My DUI was at a license check. Mr Owens challenged the check point and said it was illegal. When we went to court it was dropped bc he did his research. I just knew I was gonna lose my job if he didnt when my case. I'm very happy I chose him!

Good working lawyer

The best and affordable Attourney
10 out of 10 would recommend! This man was my first and hopefully last attorney. He was excellent in fighting for me and working with me to get me back ontop to a fighting position. Fights very hard
We hired Mr. Owens for my son's probation revocation. Prosecuyor wanted him to serve 8 years. At the hearing Mr. Owens was well prepared and fought very hard. Judge continued probation with no jail time.

Best Lawyer Ever
Mr Owens is God sent. After using a court appoint attorney and getting nothing accomplished , being frustated and feeling like there was NO hope for my son and he was going to be defeat by the system. My son was giving Mr. Owens name and number. And from the start it was different in a good way. Long story short he had to go over my son old case to bring light to the new case. By far my son is not perfect but the DA wanted to give him 20 years for Violating his probation. But with the help the of Mr Owens my son will get to have a second chance with freedom and No prison time. Just when I though things where at the lowest he came in and brighten up the situation. It's Important to Chose; Not Settle
Attorney Bryan Owens was number five. I had interviewed four other lawyers before deciding to let him represent me. The first four seemed more interested in telling me how great they were or if I could afford them. Why I chose Bryan, notice I said "chose" not settled, was the way he greeted me and treated me. When I entered his office he got out from behind his desk, shook hands and sat next to me. His questions were: what happened, what was I charged with and what was my explanation. A little history is in order, I have a lifelong friend who has gotten himself in trouble more than once. His advice was don't go to an attorney who asks, "Did you do it?" His reasoning is that if the attorney knows you're guilty he might not take the case or if he does he will have to compromise somewhere. Without going into detail, I didn't do what I was accused of but the circumstances were such that it didn't look good. Bryan asked a lot of probing questions at which point he thought he could help. Prior to this my only contact with the law was some speeding tickets. Bryan was easy going but highly professional; he put me at ease as I felt I was talking to a friend. It was only then we discussed fees, we agreed to get together later in the week. As soon as we sat down he laid out his strategy which made a lot of sense to me. When the case went to trail the Prosecutor pulled out all the stops to make her case. Bryan took her argument methodically apart. The trial lasted three days the jury was out less than two hours with a not guilty verdict. The prosecutor was in tears which lead me to the conclusion that the "system" is more interested in convictions than justice. To sum it up would I recommend Bryan Owens - absolutely yes and I hope I'm never in a position to ever need him or any other attorney again.

A true fighter in the courtroom!
I was very concerned about my old case. Once I hired Bryan he fought very hard for me. Not only was he very reasonably priced he allowed to make weekly payments for his services. As my case was pending he stayed very busy getting lots of things prepared for me and always kept me updated on my case. I was facing a felony charge and the best phone call I received was him informing me the charges against me have been dropped.

I hired Bryan Owens to fight for me when the government attempted to charge me for an act that I had not committed nor had knowledge of (pre, during, or post). I told him exactly what had occurred that night, and he communicated with me extremely effectively. We spoke about what position I was in, what position the government was attempting to portray me to be in (involvement wise), and how we were strategicly going to position ourselves throughout this difficult period.
