I was born in Arkansas and grew up in Ore City, Texas. My family relocated to Rhode Island when I was ten years old. I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University. After teaching high school for a couple of years, I pursued my life-long dream of going to law school. I graduated in 2005 from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Following graduation from law school, I moved to Texas and passed the bar exam on my first try. I then opened my own criminal defense firm in Dallas, Texas. It was in the hard-core criminal courts of Texas that I learned how to fight for my clients.
In 2019 I closed my Texas practice and relocated to the Boston area to be closer to my family. I bring with my the same gunslinger courtroom mentality that I mastered in the unforgiving Texas courts. To put it simply: I am a fearless and ruthless trial lawyer. I will go to any lengths to protect the constitutional rights of my clients.
I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Texas. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my 5 Doberman Pinschers (Levi, Moses, Rachel, Joseph and Jacob); reading books about American history; or working on projects around my house.
