I grew up in Ore City, Texas in the piney woods of east Texas. I am a fifth generation Texan. I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University. After teaching high school for a couple of years, I pursued my life-long dream of going to law school. I graduated in 2005 from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Following graduation from law school, I moved to Texas and passed the bar exam on my first try. I then opened my own criminal defense firm in Dallas, Texas. It was in the hard-core criminal courts of Texas that I learned how to fight for my clients. I am now located in Houston, representing individuals in federal and state court.
I am a fearless and ruthless trial lawyer. I will go to any lengths to protect the constitutional rights of my clients.
When I am not working you can find me spending time with my 5 Doberman Pinschers (Levi, Moses, Rachel, Joseph and Jacob); reading books about American history; or working on projects around my house.
A colleague said this about me, a fantastic testament: "Bryan is an accomplished trial attorney, and has tried dozens of cases to jury verdict. He has won not-guilty verdicts in drug cases, assault, robbery and in a murder trial using a self-defense theory. He is a born fighter and a ruthless trial attorney."
